The most intriguing part of the new generation from Amazfit is the OS. The watches will run on a proprietary ZEPP OS boasting snappy operation and smooth animations and watch faces at 60fps. Most smartwatches nowadays are limited to lower refresh rate, so this is definitely going to be a key point for the new GTR and GTS devices.

The new OS supports 150 sports modes and more than 150 watch faces. Apps such as Spotify and Home Connect are also in the mix. The devices are supposed to charge from flat to 100% in two hours.

Notably, smartwatches will come with aluminum alloy bodies and silicone straps.
